While most people with credit card lawsuits against them are being steamrolled by opposing Attorneys, another group armed with the facts are getting their suits thrown out entirely. The latter group is walking away from their lawsuits without paying one red cent.....and their doing it 100% Legally and Lawfully. That's right, 100% Legal and Lawful.
Of course the knowledge these people have is not found in the bookstore or on the internet, but rather exists in the presence of some of the Greatest Legal Minds in America. Believe it or not, there are still some Lawyers out there with a conscience and deep integrity. These people see things very clearly, and when it comes to THE LAW, they are second to none. These are the ones that don't let the "BAR" stand in the way of true justice. They fight. And Credit Card Attorneys don't like it.
Case in point, in the Midwest (that's as specific as I can be right now), scores of newly informed citizens are walking away from their credit card debt, winning their lawsuits "WITH PREJUDICE", and putting the Attorneys for the credit card companies on the alert that the fraud they are involved in is not going unnoticed. Interesting to mention, most of these suits never even make it to court, they are dismissed before trial. Why? Well if you really knew, it would all be clear to you to. But for now, this is as far as I can go on the matter, it comes down to the evidence that the credit card Attorneys refuse to produce once requested. I assure you we will go deeper in following posts.
As for me, I am honored to know a few of these True Americans and the legal minds that are educating them...for free. I believe it is about time that the people learn how to defend themselves against the wolves. Maybe then, and only then, can we keep the heavily encroaching powers in check. Nobody likes to mess with a superior opponent, even if she is 98 pounds and 85 years old.
